Gorgeous people, inside and out

Acceptance

The reason why people are afraid of dying is because of the state of being forgotten; I remember my professor in Philosophy lecturing us about some truths about death. Unless if you're a hero, the only people who will commemorate your death are those who treasure and remember your existence. The state of dying is the most challenging part of one's life and acceptance is the key to win it. I have seen death twice now, first was my friend Dina and just recently my Papa. Dina was a charming and intelligent lady, I've known here since we were freshmen until the summer of our sophomore year. It was the first time I felt so sad, when you know that this someone you lost will never ever come back again, never will have a chance of hope of talking to her again and will be forgotten eventually. I emailed my professor about the grief I was going through and it was the only time how I understand the word  Acceptance   in this manner.  The later is the most difficult one. I could

DJM Motor Parts My Papa fulfilled his life at 55. It was just so unfortunate I wasn't there when he needed us the most, and I was sorry. I remember it was his birthday, I gave him a greeting card with a picture of a red car. I told him I can make him ride that red car soon after I finish my study. I promised I will take him to the stage the moment I graduate, and he will take me to my groom as we pass along the aisle to the altar on my wedding day, but the later will only be a dream. He spent most of his life working as clerk and at the same time a mechanic in a spare parts store. He worked together with my Mama at Power Motor Parts, a spare parts merchandise now going big time, owned by a Chinese merchant in our town. For 20 years of service, he finally decided to bring up his own business which he named after his initials DJM Motor Parts. So what I have left is my Mama and he four of us. This is my Mama, she is a carbon copy of my face ^_^  When I a

Discovering Siquijor

Siquijor Port Siquijor, Philippines. The island is also called Isla del Fuego "Island of Fire" and  is commonly associated with witchcraft and other mystic traditions which makes it appealing to tourism. To give you a little bit of its geographical location, the island is the third smallest island in the country with a land area of 343.5 km and a coastline 102 km long. It was on a Saturday evening of June 2011 that me and my friends took our trip to the island, a tough ride though, but the view on port was stunning. It was by noon time of the next day when we started to wander the island. The people commute by means of tricycle, a three-wheeled motor cab that can carry 6 people.  As we passed along the long road of the countryside I still could smell the freshly grown grasses on the ground and the sea breeze along the bay walk. Just the perfect place to get away from the hustle and busy city life. The quiet still houses sometimes gave a creep on my spine, knowing
